Today was the first day back on a real training plan, building up to the plan starting on next Tuesday.
A little cross training anyone?
I have not surfed in well over 3 years, after the sport being an integral part of my life for over 18 years. I started my career in the the surfing industry and was an avid surfer as well. I am going to get back in the water with my new custom ride from Matt Kechele. I have been riding Matt’s boards since I was about 17 years old and still remain loyal to his brand. I like to say that the surf industry raised me to the be the business person I am today and a lot of credit goes to the loyal friends and colleagues I have in the industry.

First Cycle4Alz Race Team Race – Pinellas Park
We competed in our first race in Pinellas Park as a pre-cursor for our season kick-off race in May at St. Augustine. It was great to get the banner our there and start promoting the Cycle 4 Alzheimer’s name at the race events. We will be out at a majority of races the rest of the season and look forward to competing and spreading the word for our sponsor’s causes. Please check out the team site and Facebook Pages.
