Served as the Chief Professional Officer, in addition to CFO role, for the organization for the last 14 months, improving the company from a (8.5%) Net Operating Loss in 2013-14 to a 5%+ Net GAIN in 2014-15. Drove several aspects of the business including: Finance, Accounting, IT, Strategic Planning, Marketing & Re-branding, Board Reporting, Endowment Fund Coordination, Grant Writing and Contract Management and development. Implemented NetSuite’s ERP, PSA and CRM SaaS solution. The organization provided Adult Day Care Services (3 Facilities), Alzheimer’s/Dementia Education and Non-Emergency Transportation (25 vehicle fleet). Funding was a combination of private pay, government programs and partial pay (sliding fee scale) backed by government programs.
Successfully contracted a major long-term health care provided to utilize the organizations case management and 3 Adult Day facilities for expansion of the provider’s network into the region. I also formed a partnership with a leading clinical trials organization to screen and accept our clients and other county residents into clinical trials for Alzheimer’s/Dementia related diseases.

We were able to raise approximately $30,000 on the inaugural event which will go directly to services the Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation provides to the community. Included in the $30,000 raised was a matching donation of $2,000 made by the Community Foundation of Brevard directly for Alzheimer’s Research on behalf of Cycle4Alz. Over 100 Riders attending the inaugural event in November 2014. I was the CFO of the Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation and also the Ride Director.
