Getting Back to Race Shape

Racing resumes in 2 weeks, time to shed a few pounds and get back on the diet! No more chicken wings, pizza and all the other crap I have been eating during this break.PROPER Diet, Ride, Gym, Study and Work is the theme until Summer! Need to get 8lbs off to get back into form and lean out a bit more.
